04What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Paid access continues through the current billing period, and you can contact support for verified account or data-access assistance.
05Is there a free plan?
No free tier. Starter is the lower-cost plan for traders who need structure, CSV imports, one connected account, and capped mentorship.
06How does the 14-day trial work?
Eligible new subscribers can choose Starter or Pro and add a supported payment method for a 14-day trial. The subscription charge is scheduled for the end of the trial unless the user cancels first; the payment provider may perform a small authorization to verify the method.
