Secure imports. Your account stays under your control.

In short

GAPHYTORO connects supported MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 accounts with read-only access and imports available journal data such as trade history, balance, and closed positions. The product does not expose trade-placement, position-management, or withdrawal actions.

Enter the exact server details issued by your broker. Compatibility is validated during connection rather than blocked by a short brand whitelist.

What you get

Built on read-only by design.

MetaTrader 4 & 5

Both platforms are first-class. Connect accounts from either terminal — or both — into one journal.

Broker-server validation

Enter the exact server identifier your broker supplies. The connection is tested directly instead of rejected because a brand is missing from a short list.

Investor password support

Where your broker offers investor (read-only) passwords, use them — the connection needs nothing more.

Secure credential handling

Connection details are encrypted and handled only for maintaining the journal import. Use a broker-issued investor password where available.

Automatic ongoing sync

Connected accounts stay current on their own, and a new connection typically completes its first import within minutes.

CSV as universal fallback

For closed accounts or non-MetaTrader platforms, CSV import and manual logging keep the journal complete.

How it works

Set up in minutes.

01

Pick the platform

Choose MT4 or MT5 to match the account your broker issued.

02

Enter account details

Account number, broker server, and read-only credentials.

03

First import runs

Your available history syncs in automatically — trades, balance, swap, commission.

04

Stay in sync

New closed trades keep flowing into the journal as you trade.

FAQ

Common questions.

01Which brokers does GAPHYTORO support?

GAPHYTORO accepts exact MT4 and MT5 server identifiers rather than limiting users to a short public brand list. Compatibility is confirmed during connection and still depends on the broker server and upstream availability. CSV import and manual logging cover other workflows.

02Is the connection safe?

GAPHYTORO uses the connection for journal data and does not expose actions for trading, changing positions, or withdrawing funds. Connection details are encrypted, and a broker-issued investor or view-only password is recommended where supported.

03How many accounts can I connect?

Starter includes one connected MT4 or MT5 account alongside unlimited manual accounts. Pro includes unlimited connected accounts.

04How often does my account sync?

Your account stays in sync on its own — new trades appear in the journal shortly after they close, and a brand-new connection completes its first import within minutes. It just stays current.

05What if my broker isn’t on MetaTrader?

Use CSV import or manual logging. Your trades still get the full journal treatment — screenshots, notes, mood tags, and analytics — regardless of where they were executed.

Import the record. Keep account control.

Connect with read-only access where supported, or use CSV and manual journaling when a live connection is not the right fit.
