01How do I connect my MT5 account?
Open Accounts, choose Link MetaTrader, and enter the exact account number, server, and read-only investor password supplied by your broker. Your first import starts right away — accounts with years of history can take a little longer to finish.
02Is my trade data secure?
Connection details are encrypted, and journal access is account-scoped. Use a broker-issued investor or view-only password where supported. GAPHYTORO uses connected accounts for journal imports and does not expose trade-placement or withdrawal actions. The security page explains these protections in more detail.
03Can I import an existing trade history?
Yes. For a self-recorded account, open Accounts and upload a CSV exported from MT4 or MT5. Review the imported trades after processing because broker export formats and symbols can differ.
04How do I cancel a subscription?
Open Settings, choose Billing, and select Cancel renewal. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period; a cancelled trial will not renew into a paid subscription.
